The majority of all positions within Community Connections are frontline staff who work directly with clients. These positions are classified as Community Support Worker or Residential Support Worker. Staff who are employed in these roles are critical to the work of the organization, and their first responsibility is to develop meaningful relationships with the clients in their care.

The minimum qualifications for a Community Support Worker is a two year Human Services (Community Living Worker II) diploma and/or related education in the Human Sciences field from an accredited college or university.

The minimum qualifications for a Residential Support Worker is a certificate/diploma in the area of Resident Care Worker (RCW), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Youth Worker and/or Law & Justice from an accredited college or university.
